欧李作为郁李仁的重要基原之一,到目前为止,其种子质量检验规程和分级标准仍未建立。该研究通过对欧李种子进行扦样、净度、千粒重、含水量、生活力和发芽率等指标测定条件的研究,建立了适合欧李种子自身特点的检验规程。用建立的检验规程对50份取自不同欧李主产区的欧李种子进行检验,通过聚类分析制定了欧李种子的质量分级标准。最终将欧李种子分成3个等级:1级种子的发芽率≥68%,千粒重≥383 g,净度≥94%,含水量≤5%;2级种子发芽率≥26%,千粒重≥266 g,净度≥73%,含水量≤9%;3级种子发芽率≥10%,千粒重≥208 g,净度≥50%,含水量≤13%。
