太极拳这项传统体育项目是中华文化中的一块瑰宝,练习太极拳能修养身心,对人体的健康发展有着很大的作用,研究生作为高层次的人才,应该在各个方面都对其进行培养,让其德、智、体、美、劳全面发展,但是就目前的情况来看,我国对研究生的培养重点还在学术上,而体育方面是培养的薄弱环节。本文从高校研究生的身体健康状况及其体育锻炼情况现状进行分析,探讨了太极拳运动开展的意义,并分析了高效研究生开展太极拳运动的必要性和可行性。
Tai Chi This traditional sport is a gem in Chinese culture. Practicing Tai Chi can cultivate body and mind and play a very important role in the healthy development of the human body. As a high-level talent, graduate students should cultivate them in all aspects, Let the moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor develop in an all-round way. However, from the current situation, the focus of our country on the cultivation of postgraduates is still academic, while the physical education is the weak link in cultivation. This article analyzes the current situation of college students’ physical health status and their physical exercises, discusses the significance of the taijiquan exercise, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of efficient graduate students to carry out taijiquan exercise.
