我部609所用微机对旧式真空钎焊炉进行改造,实现了多点测温、控温和分区加热。提高了温控精度(±1℃)及炉温的均匀度(温差小于3℃),满足了钎焊换热器的要求。通过研究获得合适的钎焊过程曲线和工艺参数等,使该工艺成功地应用于换热器的钎焊,解决了利用盐浴钎焊换热器的一些难以克服的困难问题,提高产品质量和寿命。铝合金换热器真空钎焊方法是在部内首次应用,达到了国内先进水平,并已通过部级鉴定。该工艺成果可以推广应用于汽车、机车、造船和空调机等方面的换热器、冷凝器等民品的钎焊。
I used to computer 609 of the old-style vacuum brazing furnace transformation, to achieve a multi-point temperature, temperature and district heating. Improve the temperature control accuracy (± 1 ℃) and temperature uniformity (temperature difference of less than 3 ℃), to meet the requirements of brazing heat exchanger. Through the study to obtain the appropriate brazing process curve and process parameters, so that the process successfully applied to the brazing of heat exchangers, brazing salt bath solves some difficult problems difficult to overcome, improve product quality and life. Aluminum alloy heat exchanger vacuum brazing method is the first application in the Ministry, reached the advanced domestic level, and has passed ministerial level appraisal. The technological achievements can be widely applied to the brazing of civilian products such as heat exchangers and condensers in automobiles, locomotives, shipbuilding and air conditioners.
