“10L207E柴油机气缸套裂纹原因初步分析”一文介绍了10L207E型柴油机气缸套的裂纹情况及裂纹缸套与水套的配合尺寸,并对气缸套裂纹原因作了初步分析,有一定参考价值。但我对文中几处有一些不同看法,提出来想与“分析”一文作者商榷,并与有关部门共同商讨。(一)水套与气缸套散热筋部配合尺寸问题该部位水套与气缸套的配合尺寸,图纸要求为:间隙0.01毫米~过盈0.02毫米。我们来研究分析一下,在这种配合尺寸下,柴油机工作时,水套与气缸套的受力状态。对气缸套和水套来说,工作时均受到四种力:燃气产生的径向压力,水套与缸套之间的装配应力及由径向温差造成的热应力,还有因缸套与水套不同膨胀所产生的应力。前两种为机械应力,后两种为热应力。
