目的分析不同类型肾性骨病(RBD)患者血清BALP、TRACP水平及透析对血清BALP、TRACR的影响。方法 2012年1月至2013年12月收集RBD 88例,根据全段甲状旁腺激素水平分为高转化型组与低转化型组,比较其血钙、血磷、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP)水平。结果高转化型RBD组血钙、血清BALP、TRACP水平高于低转化型RBD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),血磷水平低于低转化型RBD组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。高转化型RBD组内透析患者与未透析患者比较,血钙、BALP、TRACP差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);低转化型RBD组内透析患者与未透析患者比较,血钙、血磷、TRACP差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论血清BALP、TRACP水平检测有助于评估不同分型RBD患者骨代谢状况。
Objective To analyze the serum levels of BALP and TRACP in patients with different types of renal osteodystrophy (RBD) and the effects of dialysis on serum BALP and TRACR. Methods From January 2012 to December 2013, 88 patients with RBD were collected and divided into high-conversion group and low-conversion group according to the level of parathyroid hormone. The levels of serum calcium, phosphorus and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase (BALP), tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRACP) levels. Results The level of serum calcium, serum BALP and TRACP in high-conversion RBD group was significantly higher than that in low-conversion RBD group (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the level of serum phosphorus was lower than that in low-conversion RBD group Statistical significance (P <0.05). Compared with non-dialysis patients, the levels of serum calcium, BALP and TRACP in high-conversion RBD group were significantly different (all P <0.05). Compared with non-dialysis group, Phosphorus, TRACP difference was statistically significant (P all <0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of BALP and TRACP may be helpful to evaluate the bone metabolism in patients with different types of RBD.
