目的探讨医学专科实施“专业导师制”精准管理的模式及方法。方法专业导师任期满一届,即任满共三年后,使用自制问卷对管理者、专业导师及学生进行无记名调查。主要内容包括管理者对专业导师管理能力的评价,专业导师对教育教学及在教学、科研、学历提升方面的自我评价,学生对专业导师的满意度评价三个方面。结果专业导师对校管理工作的满意度达90%以上;各级管理者对精准管理模式使用的满意度为88.92%,学生对专业课教师担任专业导师工作评价满意度较高,专业导师业绩及教学质量显著提高。结论精准管理模式及方法的使用提高了专业导师的管理实效,增强了人才培养模式项目实施的计划性、针对性,可在同类院校中加以推广和应用。
Objective To explore the modes and methods of precise management of “specialized tutor system” in medical colleges. Methodology Professional instructors were appointed for a term of one term, ie three years after their appointment, a self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a secretarial investigation of managers, professional instructors and students. The main contents include the manager’s evaluation of the professional tutor’s management ability, the professional tutor’s three aspects of education and teaching, self-evaluation in teaching, scientific research and academic promotion, and the evaluation of students’ satisfaction with professional tutors. Results The degree of satisfaction of professional instructors to school management was over 90%. The satisfaction of managers at all levels with the use of precision management was 88.92%. Students were more satisfied with the evaluation of professional instructors as teachers, the performance of professional instructors and teaching Quality is significantly improved. Conclusion The use of precision management methods and methods has improved the effectiveness of professional tutors management and enhanced the planning and pertinence of the project implementation of talent cultivation mode, which can be promoted and applied in similar institutions.
