目的：建立反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定七厘散及血竭中血竭素含量的方法。方法：采用３％磷酸甲醇溶液为提取及成盐试剂，选用Ｃ１８色谱柱，以乙腈０．０５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钠溶液（５０∶５０）为流动相，柱温４０℃，检测波长４４０ｎｍ。结果：平均回收率１００．９５％，ＲＳＤ１．４０％。结论：此法简便、快速、准确。
Objective: To establish a reversed-phase HPLC method for the determination of holofenol in Qijusan and Danghuang. Methods: 3% phosphoric acid and methanol solution was used as extraction and salt reagents. C18 column was used. Acetonitrile-0.05mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (50:50) was used as the mobile phase. The column temperature was 40°C. The detection wavelength was 440nm. . Results: The average recovery rate was 100.95% with RSD 1.40%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
