社会的发展和人们观念的变化,极大地影响着传统的企业思想政治工作模式。社会现宾对思想政治工作的刨新需求也日益迫切。企业深化改革已迈出了很大的步伐,而思想政治工作的基本做法从整体上看变化不够大。这种反差现象如继续下去,将使企业思想政治工作的效果趋于被动和弱化,甚至可能在人们一些逆反心理之下表现为负值。那么,企业思想政治工作怎样才能有所作为,笔者认为至少有以下几点值得思考和探讨:
The development of society and the change of people’s concept have greatly influenced the traditional mode of ideological and political work in enterprises. The social demand for ideological and political work is also increasingly urgent. The deepening reform of enterprises has taken great strides and the basic approach to ideological and political work has not changed sufficiently in general. If this contrast phenomenon continues, the effect of ideological and political work in enterprises will tend to be passive and weakened, and may even be negative in the light of some people’s rebellious mentality. So, how the enterprise ideological and political work can make a difference, I think at least the following points worth considering and discussion:
