研究了一种适于在经济型数控机床上加工模具类零件的自动编程系统.详细论述了各模块开发中的几个关键问题.该系统直接以CAD数据文件为输入,自动生成铣削加工的数控程序,并进行加工过程的动态模拟,从而实现了CAD/CAM真正意义上的集成.该系统已成功地应用于凸模的加工.
A kind of automatic programming system suitable for processing mold parts on economical CNC machine tool was studied. The key issues in the development of each module are discussed in detail. The system directly to CAD data files as input, automatic generation of CNC milling process, and the dynamic simulation of the process to achieve the true sense of the CAD / CAM integration. The system has been successfully applied to the processing of punch.
