为研究环形燃烧室出口温度分布特性,以某型燃气轮机双级旋流回流环形燃烧室作为研究对象,分别采用数值分析和试验的方法,研究该燃烧室流场特性和出口温度分布特性。数值模拟得到冷态流场特性和温度分布。根据部件试验结果详细分析出口温度沿周向分布和透平叶高分布特性,发现了局部高温影响出口温度分布系数的规律。并在此基础上调整旋流器和喷嘴的匹配关系,经过调试后出口温度分布系数有明显改善,而径向温度分布系数变化不大。结论证明该文的调试方法是可行的,为该类环形燃烧室出口温度场品质的改进提供了指导作用。
In order to study the outlet temperature distribution characteristics of annular combustion chamber, a two-stage cyclonic annular annular combustion chamber of a gas turbine was taken as the research object. The numerical simulation and experimental methods were used to study the distribution characteristics of the flow field and the outlet temperature. Numerical simulation results obtained cold flow field characteristics and temperature distribution. According to the results of component test, the distribution of outlet temperature along the circumference and the height distribution of turbine blades are analyzed in detail, and the law of the outlet temperature distribution coefficient with local high temperature is found out. And on this basis to adjust the matching relationship between the cyclone and the nozzle, after the export temperature distribution coefficient has been significantly improved, while the radial temperature distribution coefficient changed little. The conclusion proves that the debugging method of this paper is feasible and provides guidance for the improvement of the quality of temperature field at the exit of such a toroidal combustion chamber.
