近年来,中国石油吐哈油田公司工会始终坚持开展群众喜闻乐见、生动活泼、丰富多彩的大众文化体育活动,最大限度地把职工群众组织起来。系列文化体育活动作为陶冶职工情操、振奋职工精神、促进企业文化发展的有效载体,不断激发员工的凝聚力和向心力。因地制宜适应需要突出吐哈特色文化丰富职工群众的精神文化生活,让大家安心工作、扎根一线,一直是吐哈油田公司工会工作的重点之一。
In recent years, the trade union of PetroChina Tuha Oilfield Company has always insisted on carrying out popular, colorful, lively and popular mass cultural and sports activities, and organized the masses of workers to the maximum.
