市场上,月饼的品种越来越多,包装也越来越精美,但消费者最关心的还是月饼的安全和质量。据中国焙烤食品糖制品工业协会介绍,为了保证月饼的新鲜和优质,大型正规企业都会在中秋前一个多月才开始生产。为了了解今年月饼的生产情况,记者首先来到位于北京的好利来月饼厂进行了实地调查。记者在调查中发现,厂里的面粉、莲蓉、鸭蛋黄、食用油等原料全是今年8月份从各地定点采购的。原料不仅新鲜,而且都是知名正规企业生产的优质原料。在进一步的调查中,记者了解到,我国传统的月饼生产脱胎于手工作坊,是典型的劳动密集型产品,生产过程中由于人为因素太多,月饼的卫生和品质不稳定。而现在国内包括好利来、杏花楼、莲香楼等一些大型正规企业通过引进具有国际先进水平的生产线和生产技术,已经建立起了从原料到成品的一整套严格的食品安全控制体系,传统的生产工艺加上现代化的自动化生产线,从根本上保证了月饼的卫生、安全和高品质。中国焙烤食品糖制品工业协会秘书长周广军押现在月饼生产条件越来越好,对于原辅材料的选择也越来越精,越来越严格。月饼应该是安全放心的,消费者完全可以在市场上选择到安全放心,品质高的产品。

At present, some large-scale formal enterprises in China, including Hollyland, Xinghua Building, Lianxiang Building, have established a complete set of strict food safety control system from raw materials to finished products through the introduction of international advanced production lines and production technologies. The traditional Production process coupled with modern automated production lines, fundamentally guaranteed the moon cake health, safety and high quality. Zhou Guangjun, secretary general of China Bakery and Sugar Products Industry Association, is now getting better and better conditions for the production of moon cakes. The selection of raw and auxiliary materials is also getting more and more refined and more stringent. Moon cakes should be safe and secure, consumers can choose in the market to be safe, confident, high quality products.
