采用心理健康诊断测验等研究工具,通过实验比较法,探讨少数民族传统体育锻炼与心理健康之间的关系。结果表明:少数民族传统体育锻炼有利于增进心理健康,改善心境状态。少数民族传统体育能够作为体育教学的教材。
Using the research tools such as mental health diagnostic test and so on, through experimental comparison, the relationship between traditional physical exercise and mental health of ethnic minorities is discussed. The results show that: traditional physical exercise of minority nationalities is good for improving mental health and improving state of mind. Minority traditional sports can be used as physical education teaching materials.
