目的:验证真空高温高压蒸汽对手术包的灭菌效果。方法:以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和蜡样芽胞杆菌作为指示菌,将细菌包裹于手术包内进行真空高温高压蒸汽灭菌处理,通过此种方法来验证真空高温高压蒸汽灭菌的灭菌效果。结果:真空高温高压蒸汽灭菌对手术包中3种试验菌株灭菌都有较好的效果,对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的灭菌率为100.0%,对蜡样芽胞杆菌灭菌率为88%。结论:真空高温高压蒸汽灭菌法能满足大部分手术包中的的灭菌要求。
Objective: To verify the sterilization effect of vacuum high temperature and high pressure steam on the surgical bag. Methods: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus cereus as indicator bacteria, the bacteria were wrapped in a surgical bag under vacuum high temperature and high pressure steam sterilization process to verify the vacuum high temperature and high pressure steam sterilization Sterilization effect. Results: Vacuum high temperature and high pressure steam sterilization had good effect on the sterilization of the three kinds of test strains in the surgical bag. The sterilization rate to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was 100.0% The rate is 88%. Conclusion: Vacuum high-temperature and high-pressure steam sterilization can meet the sterilization requirements of most surgical kits.
