宜春地区综合设计院成立于1981年,系国家甲级建筑设计院,经济独立核算,自负盈亏,实行企业化管理的正县级事业单位。按照宜署发[1995]5号《宜春地区行政公署关于批转宜春地区事业单位人事制度综合改革试点工作实施意见的通知》精神,我院被行署确定为全区第二批事业单位人事制度综合改革试点单位之一。两年来,我院按照人事制度改革试点工作方案,明确指导思想和目标:以邓小平理论和党的基本路线为指针,加快体制改革步伐,转换经营机制,适应市场经济的要求,逐步建成自主经营、自负盈亏、自我发展、自我约束的科技型企业。坚持以改革推动实施团队经营发展战略、优秀品牌战略和人才战略。
Yichun Comprehensive Design Institute was established in 1981. It is a national Grade A architectural design institute. It is a county-level institution with independent economic accounting, self-financing and profitability, and enterprise management.
