“师友互助”教学模式是近年兴起的一种新型教学模式,其开展形式为成绩优秀的学生搭档成绩较差的学生,两人一组,进行协作性学习,从而带动成绩落后学生的学习积极性,帮助其提升个人成绩。本文将从自主预习、合作探究、小组奖评三个方面重点讨论“师友互助”教学模式在初一英语课程中的实施。在课堂教学中,我们运用“师友互助”教学模式的基本原则是:学友会则学友发言,学友没有理解的知识则让学师讲,学友理解后向学师复述。当师友都遇到瓶颈时,则向其他学师请教。
