以9名男性青年为对象,比较了通过呼吸口瓣或供氧面罩分别增大呼、吸气阻力时口腔压力波动、呼吸气体流率特性及主观感觉。结果表明:在外加阻力为65、100、200mmH_2O秒/升时,呼吸口瓣组的呼吸气体流率特性改变基本符合文献报道的传统结论,而面罩组则表现为呼吸周期时间因素变化不如口瓣组明显,但流率则有较口瓣组增大的趋势。在外加阻力为200mmH_2O·秒/升时,已可引起部分被试者主观不适,且多数被试者反映呼气阻力增大更为不适或费力。
Nine young men were enrolled in this study. Oral pressure fluctuations, respiration gas flow rate and subjective feeling were compared by respiration flap or oxygen mask respectively. The results showed that when the applied resistance was 65,100,200mmH2Os / L, the change of respiration gas flow rate in the respiratory flap group basically accorded with the traditional conclusion reported in the literature, while the mask group showed that the respiration cycle time factor was not as good as the flap Group obvious, but the flow rate than the flap group increased trend. In the additional resistance of 200mmH_2O · sec / L, has caused some subjective subjective discomfort, and most of the subjects to reflect the increase of expiratory resistance more uncomfortable or laborious.
