目的:分析和鉴定车前子中脂肪酸及其他脂溶性成分。方法:车前子粉碎后过40目筛,用石油醚(60~90℃)回流提取,提取液经浓缩后进行甲酯化,并由GC-MS法对其脂肪酸及其他脂溶性成分进行分析和鉴定,采用面积归一化法进行定量分析。结果:从车前子石油醚提取物中检测出50种物质,鉴定出42种化合物,即25种脂肪酸和17种非脂肪酸成分。结论:车前子石油醚提取物中的主要脂肪酸成分为亚麻酸(30.09%)、亚油酸(25.91%)、芥子酸(7.60%)、14-甲基十五烷酸甲酯(7.41%)、2-己烷基环丙烷辛酸(6.51%)、2-己烷基环丙烷癸酸(0.60%)和2-[[2-[(2-乙烷基环丙基)甲基]环丙基]甲基]-环丙基辛酸(0.07%)。
Objective: To analyze and identify the psyllium fatty acids and other fat-soluble ingredients. Methods: Plantago crus-galli was crushed and sieved through a 40-mesh sieve. The extract was refluxed with petroleum ether (60-90 ° C). The extract was concentrated and subjected to methyl esterification. The fatty acids and other fat-soluble components were analyzed by GC-MS And identification, the use of area normalization method for quantitative analysis. Results: Fifty substances were detected from the petroleum ether extract of Psyllium and 42 compounds were identified, namely 25 kinds of fatty acids and 17 kinds of non-fatty acids. CONCLUSION: The main fatty acids in the plant extracts of Psyllium are linolenic acid (30.09%), linoleic acid (25.91%), erucic acid (7.60%), methyl 14- methyl pentadecanoate (7.41% ), 2-hexylcyclopropanecarboxylic acid (6.51%), 2-hexylcyclopropanedecanoic acid (0.60%) and 2 - [[2 - [(2-ethylcyclopropyl) methyl] Propyl] methyl] -cyclopropyloctanoic acid (0.07%).
