介绍了液压技术在抽油设备上的应用优势 ,并对现阶段的应用状况作了分析 ,认为影响液压技术在抽油设备上应用的主要问题是可靠性、寿命、效率和发热 ,而解决的途径应从机械结构设计、机加工的质量、密封材料选择和液压元件的购置等 4方面着手。提出为了使液压抽油机工作平稳可靠 ,可在泵出口处接一小型蓄能器 ;在野外工作时应考虑到风沙和环境的影响 ;液压传动技术在应用时要扬长避短。
The application advantages of hydraulic technology in oil pumping equipment are introduced. The application status of current oil pumping equipment is analyzed. The main problems that affect the application of hydraulic technology in oil pumping equipment are reliability, life expectancy, efficiency and heat generation. Approaches should be from the mechanical structure design, machining quality, selection of sealing materials and the purchase of hydraulic components 4 aspects. It is suggested that a small accumulator should be connected to the outlet of the pump in order to stabilize the work of the hydraulic pumping unit, the influence of wind and sand and the environment should be taken into account when working in the field, and the hydraulic transmission technology should be better avoided when applied.
