飞机轮胎爆破引发的航空事故屡见不鲜,造成的事故甚至是灾难性的,因此民用飞机轮胎爆破防护设计必须通过适航认证.飞机起落架舱内布置有液压、压力信号器等系统关键设备,因此必须针对关键系统设备加装防护罩,保证在飞机轮胎发生爆破的情况下尽量减小对关键系统设备的伤害,以保障飞机系统安全.本文系统地研究了起落架舱内防护设计流程及方法,具体包括轮胎爆破防护设计准则和设计流程、轮胎爆破空气喷流模式试验研究、防护罩方案及防护验证试验技术等,航空轮胎爆破防护设计是系统性工作,本文的研究将对航空轮胎爆破防护设计提供一定的参考.
