本文提出采用乳化燃烧降低氧化烧损,并从理论和实践两个方面证实其可行性。燃用SMH重油乳化添加剂及配套乳化装置制成的油包水型乳化重油可使钢材的氧化烧损率降低。很据本试验在上海高压容器厂和上钢三厂中板分厂测定的结果,氧化烧损分别相对下降为20%以上和15%左右。Mossbauer谱仪分析结果表明:燃用该乳化重油氧化皮中Fe_3O_4。含量明显增加,特别是内层氧化皮中Fe_3O_4含量更高。氧化烧损率降低的主要原因是生成了Fe_3O_4氧化保护膜及降低了过剩氧量。
This paper presents the use of emulsion combustion to reduce oxidation burning loss, and to prove its feasibility from two aspects of theory and practice. Burning SMH heavy oil emulsifying additives and emulsifying devices made of water-in-oil emulsified heavy oil can reduce the oxide burning rate of steel. According to the test in Shanghai high-pressure container plant and the steel plant in the plate factory measured results, the relative loss of oxidative burns decreased by more than 20% and 15%. Mossbauer spectrometer analysis results show that: combustion of heavy oil in the emulsified skin Fe_3O_4. Content increased significantly, especially in the inner oxide scale Fe_3O_4 content higher. The main reason for the decrease of oxidation burning rate is the formation of Fe 3 O 4 oxidation protective film and the reduction of excess oxygen.
