笔者于1963年lO～12月临床采用針刺方法,先后治疗軟腭麻痺两例收到滿意的効果,茲将治疗情况加以介紹,不当之处請予以指正。 1.患者王××,女,22岁,安阳市某門市部业务員,病历号139457,因言語不清,吞嚥嗆食10余天于1963年10月18日就診。患者于同年10月5日因嗓子疼痛、发燒、嚥下困难来我院五官科就診,經檢查診断为急性扁桃腺炎,采用抗菌素等葯物治疗5天后炎症痊癒。于10月10日患者說話吋声音嘶哑带鼻音,吐字不清晰,吃东西吋从鼻孔內逆流出来。 檢查:呈痛苦病容,发育营养中等,神志清楚合作,精神稍有不安,咽部微有充血,令患者发
