目的研究莪术微乳凝胶的成型工艺。方法绘制伪三元图并考察理化指标,确定莪术微乳的处方和成型工艺。以失水率及成型效果为指标,优选卡波姆水凝胶基质,载药凝胶通过体外透皮实验筛选处方,优选成型工艺。结果成型工艺为:在空白凝胶的基础上,用三乙醇胺调pH,120r·min-1搅拌15min,边搅拌边加入莪术微乳及氯化钠,超声脱气30min,均匀涂布,冷后于-15℃冷冻24h,再解冻即得。结论所制莪术微乳凝胶弹性好,柔软舒适,应用方便简单。
Objective To study the molding process of Curcuma microemulsion. Methods Pseudo ternary map drawn and physical and chemical indicators were investigated to determine the prescription and molding process Curcuma microemulsion. Taking water loss rate and forming effect as indexes, carbomer hydrogel matrix is preferred. Drug-loaded gel is screened by in vitro transdermal test, and the shaping process is preferred. Results The forming process was: on the basis of blank gel, adjust the pH value with triethanolamine, stir at 120r · min-1 for 15min, add Curcuma microemulsion and sodium chloride with stirring, degassing with ultrasonic for 30min, Frozen at -15 ℃ 24h, then thaw that too. Conclusion The Curcuma microemulsion gels have good elasticity, soft and comfortable, easy to use and simple.
