中共中央、国务院《关于保护森林发展林业若干问题的决定》中要求国营林业单位要因地制宜地采取多种形式,组织林区社队参加各项林业生产建设活动,付给合理报酬,使社队和群众从发展林业中得到好处,以激发林区群众爱林、育林、护林的积极性。玛纳斯南山林场在这方面迈出了可喜的一步,已收到了明显效果。林场和社队的关系密切了,林牧矛盾缓和了,育林护林工作加强了。方法对头,经验可取,其它各林场和所在县、社、队也应当把这项工作尽快开展起来。
