为了推动全省中小学教师进一步学习教学大纲,钻研教材,改进教学方法,以提高我省中小学教学质量,最近,省教育厅研究决定,今年三月二十日,对全省按规定应参加进修教材教法的初中政治、语文、数学、英语、物理、化学、生物、历史、地理九个学科和小学语文、数学两个学科的任课教师,进行第一次考试。这次考试的初中九个学科由省统一命题,小学两个学科由各地、州、市命题。命题的原则是:以教学大纲为依据,现行教材为基本内容,不超过教学大纲和教材内容的范围。考试合格者,发给合格证书,作为以后系统进修的依据。
