日本藤仓电线株式会社技术开发本部研究所石禾和夫重点介绍了阳极氧化膜浸渗二硫化钼的工艺及其应用,据称这是他本人专利,目前在日本作为耐磨减摩材料正在扩大应用. 众所周知,铝阳极氧化膜硬度高,耐磨性能好,在工业上广泛用于承受摩擦磨损的滑动零部件.但不足之处是摩擦系数高,而且在各种摩擦条件下,相对于摩擦付跑合性能不甚理想,容易导致粘着磨损.为了提高阳极氧化膜的减摩、润滑性能,石禾和夫等人开发了阳极氧化膜浸渗二硫化钼的新工艺技术,简介如下:
