[目的]观察波姆光治疗仪结合保妇康凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。[方法]将86例慢性宫颈炎患者,随机分成对照组43例、治疗组43例。其中对照组单纯使用波姆光治疗,治疗组则使用波姆光治疗仪结合保妇康凝胶治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。[结果]两组疗效差异有显著意义,治疗组的治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组阴道分泌物异常天数差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。[结论]采用波姆光治疗仪治疗慢性宫颈炎能使局部病变组织蛋白质发生凝固、坏死、脱痂,使子宫颈新生的鳞状上皮细胞恢复,术后使用保妇康凝胶使宫颈感染、出血、炎症复发的概率明显减小,可以有效提高治疗效果,有临床推广意义。
[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Bomu light therapy instrument combined with Pontacang gel in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. [Method] 86 cases of chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into control group (43 cases) and treatment group (43 cases). The control group was treated with PUM alone, while the treatment group was treated with PUM light therapy combined with PNS. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. [Results] There was significant difference between the two groups in the curative effect, the cure rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in the number of days of abnormal vaginal discharge (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The treatment of chronic cervicitis by Bomu light therapeutic device can make the local lesion tissue protein coagulation, necrosis, scab off, so that cervical squamous cell regeneration, after the use of Bao Fu Kang gel cervical infection, Bleeding, the probability of recurrence of inflammation was significantly reduced, which can effectively improve the treatment effect, clinical significance.
