1990年下半年,我教初三两个班的物理课。这两个班学生的学习基础较差,统考成绩排在倒数第一。面对这种情况,我很着急。我想到物理是一门以实验为基础的学科,实验教学搞好了,教学质量也就会随之提高。所以,我从激发学生兴趣入手,在加强实验教学方面狠下功夫。在实际教学中,我不仅保质保量上好大纲规定的演示和学生实验,还为突破难点补充了一些实验。经过一年努力,1991年中考,我所带的两个班的及格率达到95%,优秀率为48%。
In the second half of 1990, I taught physics classes in the third and third classes. The students in these two classes have a poor learning foundation and the results of the examination are ranked first. In the face of this situation, I am very worried. I think that physics is an experiment-based discipline, experimental teaching is done well, and the quality of teaching will also increase. Therefore, I started by stimulating students’ interest and made great efforts in strengthening experimental teaching. In the actual teaching, I not only provided a good demonstration of the syllabus and student experiments in terms of quality and quantity, but also added some experiments for breakthrough difficulties. After one year of hard work, the pass rate for the two classes I took in 1991 was 95%, and the rate of excellence was 48%.
