经济快速发展提高了居民收入水平,促使居民消费结构发生根本变化,休闲消费所占比重逐年上升,为旅游业发展创造了良好时机。海南省旅游业快速发展,对海南省经济贡献不断增大,成为海南省经济增长的主要驱动力之一。文章分析海南省旅游资源以及旅游业发展现状,探讨“十三五”期间海南省发展旅游业的有利条件,提出“十三五”期间海南省旅游业发展对策:整顿规范旅游市场秩序;优化和调整旅游产业结构,由粗放型向集约型转变;加大旅游产品开发力度,提升旅游景区的环境质量和服务质量;强化市场意识,调整住宿结构,优化旅行社服务;积极引导旅游投资,实现旅游产业的协调发展、整体推进;加大政策扶持力度。
Rapid economic development has raised residents’ income level, promoted a fundamental change in the consumption structure of residents, and increased the proportion of leisure consumption year by year, creating a good opportunity for the development of the tourism industry. Hainan’s rapid development of tourism has made its contribution to the economic growth of Hainan Province and has become one of the major driving forces for economic growth in Hainan Province. This article analyzes the present situation of tourism resources and tourism development in Hainan Province and discusses the favorable conditions for the development of tourism industry in Hainan Province during the “Thirteen Five-Year Plan” period. It proposes the countermeasures for the development of Hainan’s tourism industry during the “13th Five-Year Plan”: rectifying and standardizing the tourism market Order; optimize and adjust the structure of tourism industry, from extensive to intensive change; increase tourism product development efforts to enhance the quality of tourism environment and quality of service; strengthen market awareness, adjust accommodation structure, optimize the travel agency services; actively guide the tourism investment , To achieve the coordinated development of tourism industry, the overall promotion; increase policy support.
