目前,我国砂金采金船开采中所用的选矿设备都用单一固定溜槽,该设备在生产中极易发生入选物料“板结”现象,矿粒松散分层不好,造成严重“跑金”。尤其是对于含泥较多,洗矿不好的入选物料,金的损失更为严重,其选金的作业回收率仅达47.8%左右,而且,存在人工清溜劳动强度大和间断生产等缺点。为此,昆明冶金设计院与黑河金矿局等单位联合设计、制造和试验了可动溜槽和短锥旋流
