以‘串枝红’ב金太阳’杏的F1代为材料,在分析共显性标记分离方式的基础上利用简单重复序列(SSR)和相关序列扩增多态性(SRAP)标记,构建了两张杏分子连锁图谱。‘串枝红’图谱共14个连锁群,包含37个SSR标记和32个SRAP标记,连锁群总长度为1086.6cM,每连锁群平均长度77.6cM,标记间平均连锁距离为19.7cM。‘金太阳’连锁图谱共7个连锁群,包括26个SSR标记和14个SRAP标记,连锁群总长度756.7cM,每个连锁群平均长度为108.1cM,标记间平均距离为22.9cM。分析了图谱构建过程中不同共显性标记在F1代分离类型中的利用。
Based on the analysis of the way of separation of codominant markers, simple sequence repeat (SSR) and related sequence amplification polymorphism (SRAP) markers were used to construct F1 Two apricot molecular chain map. There were 14 linkage groups including 37 SSR markers and 32 SRAP markers. The total linkage group length was 1086.6 cM, the average length of each linkage group was 77.6 cM, and the average linkage distance between markers was 19.7 cM. There are 7 linkage groups in the Golden Sun linkage map, including 26 SSR markers and 14 SRAP markers. The total linkage group length is 756.7 cM, and the average length of each linkage group is 108.1 cM and the average distance between markers is 22.9 cM. The utilization of different codominant markers in the F1 segregation pattern during the construction of the map was analyzed.
