利用SRAP分子标记技术对中国南方53份大薯种质资源进行了遗传多样性的分析,筛选获得49对多态性SRAP引物。Genalex的分析结果表明,各位点差异等位基因(Na)平均为1.640,有效等位基因(Ne)平均为1.437,Shannon指数(I)平均为0.361,多样性平均(h)为0.246,多态性信息含量(p)为62.5%。聚类分析的结果表明,供试材料的遗传相似性系数在0.354 2~0.885 4之间,均值为0.630 0。在遗传相似性系数(GS)为0.60时将供试材料分为5类,来自同一地区的种质并未聚在一起。
SRAP molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 53 soybean germplasm resources in southern China and 49 polymorphic SRAP primers were screened. Genalex analysis showed that the average number of alleles at each locus (Na) was 1.640, the average number of effective alleles (Ne) was 1.437, the average Shannon’s index (I) was 0.361, and the average diversity (h) was 0.246. Sexual information content (p) was 62.5%. The results of cluster analysis showed that the genetic similarity coefficients of the tested materials ranged from 0.354 2 to 0.885 4 with a mean of 0.630 0. When the genetic similarity coefficient (GS) was 0.60, the test materials were divided into five categories, and the germplasm from the same area did not get together.
