现代心理研究提示了学生智力、非智力特征及学习成绩之间的关系,学生的学习成绩取决于智力因素和非智力因素的协调发展,其中非智力因素的作用更大。学习习惯、意志品质等在很大程度上决定着学生智力可能发挥的程度。智力的发展离不开非智力因素的培养,且两者之间在一定条件下相互转化,智商高的人,也会成为平庸的人;而智商平常的人,并非都成不了才。这些年,我国教育界对发展学生智力的问题特别重视,这是完全必要的。目前,为了实施素质教育,培养学生非智力因素的问题,亦应引起足够的重视。
Modern psychological research has suggested the relationship between students’ intelligence, non-intellectual characteristics and academic achievements. Students’ academic performance depends on the coordinated development of intelligence factors and non-intellectual factors, of which non-intellectual factors play a greater role. Learning habits, will qualities, etc. largely determine the extent to which students’ intelligence may play. The development of intelligence is inseparable from the cultivation of non-intelligence factors, and the two will be transformed under certain conditions. Those with high IQ will become mediocre; and those with ordinary IQ will not become talented. Over the years, the education sector in China has paid special attention to the issue of developing students’ intelligence. This is absolutely necessary. At present, in order to implement quality education and cultivate students’ non-intellectual factors, we should also pay enough attention to it.
