村庄下煤炭资源的开采引起的地表变形会导致居民房屋的损坏,为了实现在地表建筑物损坏最小化的条件下保证出煤量的最大化,就需要统筹规划煤炭开采接续方案的设计。通过建立出煤量与地表建筑物损坏程度的梯形模糊数判断矩阵,计算出不同属性评价指标的权重,通过AHPTOPSIS对备选方案进行优劣度的排序,最终得到了最理想的接续方案。以龙家堡煤矿村庄开采接续方案优选为例,确定了最优备选方案,为同类条件下的煤炭开采提供参考。
In the villages, the deformation of the surface caused by the mining of coal resources will lead to the damage of residential buildings. In order to maximize the coal output under the condition of minimizing damage to the surface buildings, it is necessary to make overall plans for the design of the coal mining connection plans. Through establishing the judgment matrix of trapezoidal fuzzy number which is the amount of coal and the damage extent of surface buildings, the weights of different attribute evaluation indexes are calculated, and the advantages and disadvantages of the alternatives are sorted by AHPTOPSIS. Finally, the optimal connection scheme is obtained. Taking the optimization of mining scheme in Longjiabao coal mine village as an example, the optimal alternative scheme is determined, which provides reference for coal mining under similar conditions.
