【目的】探讨大孔树脂对蛹虫草粗多糖脱色的最佳工艺参数条件。【方法】以脱色率、多糖保留率为指标,利用静态吸附脱色实验对7种大孔树脂进行优选,并通过静态/动态吸附脱色的单因素影响实验,对筛选树脂脱除蛹虫草粗多糖色素的最佳条件进行考察。【结果】D941大孔树脂的脱色效果最好,其最佳脱色条件为:样品起始浓度为50 mg/m L,溶液p H值为5.5,操作温度为45℃;动态吸附流速为2.5床体积/h(BV/h),样品溶液上样量为5 BV,最优条件下,脱色率和多糖保留率分别为(93.9±3.4)%和(91.7±2.2)%。【结论】D941树脂适合应用于蛹虫草粗多糖的脱色,本研究优化方法可行、可靠。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the optimum conditions of macroporous resin for decoloring cordyceps militaris crude polysaccharide. 【Method】 With the decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate as indexes, seven kinds of macroporous resins were optimized by static adsorption decolorization experiment. Through the single factor experiment of static / dynamic adsorption decolorization, The best conditions to inspect. 【Result】 The results showed that D941 macroporous resin had the best decoloration effect. The optimal decolorization conditions were as follows: the initial concentration of the sample was 50 mg / m L, the pH of the solution was 5.5, the operating temperature was 45 ℃, the dynamic adsorption rate was 2.5 Volume / h (BV / h), sample volume was 5 BV. Under optimal conditions, the decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate were (93.9 ± 3.4)% and (91.7 ± 2.2)%, respectively. 【Conclusion】 D941 resin is suitable for the decolorization of Cordyceps militaris crude polysaccharide. The optimized method is feasible and reliable.
