临床上阿托品药物的使用会影响心血管系统的功能,提出通过心率变异信号的复杂度特征值来表征这种影响,并通过特征值的变化来探究药物的影响过程.10个健康自愿者参加了药物实验,在阿托品注射前后,共采集了每个自愿者6组心电信号,数据总长度为180分钟,从心电信号中提取所有数据的心率变异信号,并计算其非线性复杂度特征指标.根据数据结果,建立了阿托品对心血管系统作用过程的数学模型.通过数值仿真对比表明,该模型在临床上可以用作阿托品对心血管系统作用过程的数学描述.“,”The injection of atropine affects the functions of the cardiovascular system, and the effects can be indicated by the nonlinear complexity characteristics of the HRV signals. The active process can be resented by the variable values of the complexity measure. In this study, the effects of atropine injection were carried on ten healthy volunteers. During each experiment, six segments of ECG signals were collected totally 180 minutes for each object before and after atropine injection, HRV signals of each segment were extracted and complexity of them was calculated based on its nonlinear characteristics. By the statistic results, a mathematic model of the active process of atropine on cardiovascular dynamic system was created. The simulation analysis indicates that the model can be utilized to represent the active process of atropine on cardiovascular system in clinic.
