该文推导了考虑定转子双边开槽情况下表贴式永磁电机空载磁场的直接解析计算方法.根据永磁体的面电流等效法,径向和平行充磁的永磁体等效为面电流产生的空载磁场.在推导过程中,将电机分为三种类型的子区域,然后根据电机子区域间的接口条件和边界条件求解得到一对线圈在每个子区域的矢量磁位和磁密.然后根据磁场叠加原理得到等效面电流产生的空载磁场.4极/24定子槽/20转子槽样机的空载磁场有限元计算结果证明了文中空载磁场解析计算结果的有效性.“,”An analytical method for calculating the open-circuit field distribution in the surface-mounted permanent magnet machines accounting for slots in stator and rotor was presented. Open-circuit field produced by radial and parallel permanent magnet was equivalent to that produced by surface current according to equivalent surface-current method of permanent magnet. The model was divided into three types of subdomains. Then the field solution of each subdomain was obtained by applying the interface and boundary conditions. Finally, the open-circuit field produced by equivalent surface current was superposed according to superposition principle of vector potential. The prototype machine with 4-poles/24-stator slots/20-rotor slots is used for validation. The finite element (FE) results confirm the validity of the analytical results with the proposed model.
