一氧化氮在机体内 ,不仅可以介导内皮细胞舒张和神经信息传导 ,还在许多病理过程中起重要作用。研究表明 ,一氧化氮在氨基糖甙类药物的耳毒性作用机制中占重要地位 ,调节一氧化氮的生成可能是治疗和预防氨基糖甙类药物耳毒性的新途径。
Nitric oxide in the body, not only can mediate endothelial cell relaxation and nerve information transmission, but also plays an important role in many pathological processes. Studies have shown that nitric oxide plays an important role in the mechanism of ototoxicity of aminoglycosides and regulation of nitric oxide production may be a new way to treat and prevent ototoxicity of aminoglycosides.
