高原训练作为一种特殊条件下的强化训练手段,可最大限度地挖掘机体抗缺氧和耐酸潜能及抵抗恶劣环境的能力,但也可对人体产生一些不利的影响和医学生物学问题。训练中可能会出现胸闷、气短、呼吸频率增快、心率加快、心悸、植物神经失调、腹胀、腹泻、食欲减退、免疫能力降低等一些身体不适的反应。在训练中合理调整运动员的营养膳食可减小身体不适反应。在高原训练过程中,膳食中热量和各种营养素必须满足运动员的特殊需要,而且还要保持各种营养素之间的合理比例和足够的数量,避免营养缺乏或过剩。脂肪摄入量不易过多,尤其是动物性脂肪要少吃,
Altitude training, as an intensive training method under special conditions, can maximize the ability of the body to resist hypoxia and acid tolerance and resist harsh environments, but it can also cause some adverse effects on human body and medical biology. Training may appear chest tightness, shortness of breath, increased respiratory rate, heart rate, heart palpitations, autonomic dysfunction, bloating, diarrhea, loss of appetite, decreased immune response and some physical discomfort. Reasonable adjustment of athletes in training nutrition diet can reduce physical discomfort. During altitude training, calories and various nutrients in the diet must meet the special needs of the athlete, but also to maintain a reasonable ratio and a sufficient number of nutrients to avoid nutritional deficiencies or excess. Fat intake is not easy too much, especially animal fat to eat less,
