图书馆、教学和科研是高校工作的三大支柱。图书馆为高校的教学工作提供重要的服务保障。图书馆馆员是图书馆提供服务的主体。本文论述了高校图书馆服务中图书馆馆员情绪管理存在的主要问题;从高校图书馆服务的特殊性、读者的认知特点、情感特点、个性特点等方面,论述了高校图书馆馆员提高情绪管理能力的必要性;提示图书馆馆员应通过专业学习、提高个人修养、在读者服务实践中不断提高情绪管理能力,努力构建和谐高校图书馆。
