面对经济全球化趋势下的市场竞争新挑战,如何在认真调研、科学预测的基础上,对本企业重新定位并进行战略结构调整,是相当一批企业当前乃至今后一段时期的艰巨任务。本文立足河北下花园晨光电石集团公司近年来的实践,介绍了企业进行战略结构调整的基本思路,阐述了由此引发的财务管理转型,对转型期间的财务部门职能、财务管理理念、集团公司与所辖二级经济实体的基本责权界定,以及为实现成功转型而构建八大配套工作体系的做法,择要进行了简叙。并针对拓宽财会人员的视野,增强整体工作协调性和推进企业信息化管理在此期间的重要性,谈了初步认识。
