钱鹏江苏南京人,现为江苏省美术家协会会员,江苏省书法家协会会员,江苏省花鸟画研究会会员,江苏省青年书法家协会会员,南京书画院特聘画家,南京师范大学特聘教师。小平头,憨憨的,不善言辞,这是钱鹏给我最初印象。记得前年在江苏省美术馆举办的全省花鸟画展上,钱鹏一幅竹雀的参赛作品引起我注意。我曾对他过去的一位老师讲,好好发展下去,假以时日,可成大器。
Qianpeng is a member of Jiangsu Artists Association, a member of Jiangsu Calligraphers Association, a member of Jiangsu Flower and Bird Painting Research Association, a member of Jiangsu Young Calligraphers Association, a distinguished painter at Nanjing Painting and Calligraphy Institute, and a faculty member at Nanjing Normal University. Small flathead, Hanhan, unspeakable, this is Qian Peng gave me the first impression. I remember the year before last year in Jiangsu Province Art Museum held the province’s flower and bird painting exhibition, Qian Peng a bamboo sparrow entries aroused my attention. I once told one of his past teachers to develop well and to make preparations in time.
