1台宝马格BW203AD-4型双钢轮振动压路机,在使用过程中出现振动无力、行走动力不足、快速挡行驶速度低以及排气管冒黑烟现象。由发动机冒黑烟现象,初步诊断发动机动力不足。工作人员拆检发动机,发现其所配涡轮增压器窜油严重。更换新涡轮增压器后,发动机尾气烟色虽有所好转,但仍有较浓的黑烟。检查喷油器,发现有2个喷油器针阀有时卡滞。更换喷油器后,冒黑烟现象得到了明显改善。修复发动机后试机,压路机振动状况良好,低速挡行走正常,但高速挡行驶速度仍然较低。工作一段时间后,当液压油温度上升到50～60℃时,检测液压油清洁且有一定黏度。再检查行走马达与驱动轮的连接机构正常。至此,将故障
