采用二甲苯引起小鼠耳廓炎症以及角叉菜胶所致大鼠足趾肿胀模型和醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高模型＾［１］，观察了狗皮巴布膏的抗炎作用，并观察了该膏药对热传导引起拟痛反应（热板法、甩尾试验）及对化学刺激引起拟痛反应（扭体法）的镇痛作用。结果表明：狗皮巴布膏具有明显的抗炎及镇痛作用。
