家宴是春节的重头戏。阖家团圆的日子里,最热闹的莫过于一家人围坐在餐桌旁,举杯欢庆、谈笑风生;在最喜庆的节日里,感受人世间最近的距离、最温暖的亲情。以往,节日里的餐桌大多以鱼肉为主,荤多素少,似乎满桌的大鱼大肉才能彰显主人的好客与热情。然而,随着生活质量的提高,人们在重视日常营养搭配的同时,春节的家宴也逐渐围绕着“少肉多菜、吃得舒服”在不断改进。春节家宴菜,把对新一年的美好期望寄托于美味佳肴,必然为节日倍添喜庆与热闹。
