超导可视下无痛人工流产术效果观察

目的观察超导可视下无痛人工流产术的临床效果。方法 60例接受人工流产的孕妇随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采用超导可视下行无痛人工流产术,对照组行常规人工流产术,观察两组镇痛效果、阴道出血量、手术时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率和显效率分别为100.0%和93.3%高于对照组的26.7%和6.7%,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。两组阴道出血量、手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组人工流产综合征、人工流产不全等并发症的发生率均高于对照组,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论超导可视无痛人工流产组镇痛效果确切,可靠安全,手术中进行可视操作,较大降低人工流产术的并发症,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of painless artificial abortion under superconducting visualization. Methods Sixty pregnant women who underwent induced abortion were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Observation group using superconducting visual painless artificial abortion, the control group underwent routine abortion, analgesic effect of two groups were observed, vaginal bleeding, operation time and complications. Results The total effective rate and markedly effective rate in the observation group were 100.0% and 93.3%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (26.7% and 6.7%, respectively). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the amount of vaginal bleeding and operation time between the two groups (P> 0.05). The incidences of complications such as abortion syndrome and artificial abortion in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Superconducting visual painless abortion group analgesic effect is accurate, reliable and safe, the operation of visual operation, greatly reduce the complications of abortion, it is worthy of clinical application.
