目的探讨表皮生长因子(EGF)和胃泌素(GAS)在胃癌组织中的表达,及其相互关系与意义。方法选取我院2003年1月~2009年12月经病理确诊的胃癌(GC)70例,慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)25例,经过纳入标准及排除标准的筛选而作为研究对象。采用免疫组织化学Envision方法,检测EGF、GAS在各组胃黏膜组织中的表达情况。结果 GAS在CSG和GC中表达的阳性率分别为56.0%和84.3%,CSG组与GC组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);表皮生长因子(EGF)在CSG和GC中表达的阳性率分别为48.0%和97.1%,在GC中的表达显著高于CSG组(P<0.05)。结论 CSG中GAS呈低表达,幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染则GAS表达增强:GC的GAS表达升高。在胃癌组织黏膜中,EGF表达增加;CSG中EGF呈低表达,Hp感染诱导EGF表达上调,GAS可能参与上调EGF的表达。
Objective To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and gastrin (GAS) in gastric cancer and its relationship and significance. Methods Seventy patients with pathologically diagnosed gastric cancer (GC) and 25 chronic superficial gastritis (CSG) were selected from January 2003 to December 2009 in our hospital. The patients were screened by standard and exclusion criteria. Immunohistochemistry Envision method was used to detect the expression of EGF and GAS in gastric mucosa of each group. Results The positive rates of GAS expression in CSG and GC were 56.0% and 84.3% respectively. There was a significant difference between CSG group and GC group (P <0.05). The positive expression of EGF in CSG and GC The rates were 48.0% and 97.1% respectively, which were significantly higher in GC than those in CSG group (P <0.05). Conclusions GAS expression was low in CSG and GAS expression was enhanced in H. pylori infection: GAS expression in GC increased. In gastric mucosa, EGF expression increased; EGF was low expression in CSG, Hp infection induced EGF expression upregulation, GAS may be involved in the upregulation of EGF expression.
