任何机器设备,从设计制造开始到出厂安装运行后,随着时间的推移,必然会出现设备老化。老化分为有形老化和无形老化。设备的有形老化一般指设备在使用过程中,其实体所发生的磨耗、损坏,或在闲置过程中产生的锈蚀。有形老化将使设备的技术性能降低,维持费用增加。为了补偿设备有形老化损失,一般用设备大修方式解决。设备的无形老化,一般指由于科学技术的高度发展,过去的设备与现在最新水平的设备相比,表现出的经济性与技术性的差距,为了补偿设备的无形老化损失,
