当前对于高温形状记忆合金的需求日益增长 ,现已开发出了一些加Hf或Zr取代Ni Ti合金中的一部分Ti的形状记忆合金 ,但是这些三元合金都由于其韧性差难以加工而严重阻碍了他们的实用化进程。人们发现熔体快速凝固技术有可能直接生产适合实验室用直到工业应用的一定尺寸
Current demand for high temperature shape memory alloys is growing and some shape memory alloys have been developed that incorporate some of Ti in Hf or Zr instead of Ni Ti alloys but these ternary alloys are severely hampered by their poor toughness Their practical process. It has been found that the melt rapid solidification technique makes it possible to directly produce a size suitable for laboratory use up to industrial applications
