首先采用自制季磷盐对钠基蒙脱土进行插层改性,得到季磷盐改性有机蒙脱土。与未改性的蒙脱土和插层剂季磷盐比较,系统研究了有机蒙脱土对聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)结晶行为和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:单独加入未改性的蒙脱土和季磷盐并不能改善PBS的结晶行为,经过季磷盐插层改性的蒙脱土能显著改善PBS的结晶行为,加入5%季磷盐改性的有机蒙脱土(季磷盐投料量为1.2 CEC),PBS的结晶温度从70.4℃增加到83.8℃,储能模量也显著增加。
Firstly, the quaternary phosphonium salt was used to intercalate Na-montmorillonite to get quaternary phosphonium salt modified montmorillonite. Compared with unmodified montmorillonite and intercalant quaternary phosphonium salts, the effects of montmorillonite on the crystallization behavior and dynamic mechanical properties of polybutylene succinate (PBS) were studied systematically. The results showed that the addition of unmodified montmorillonite and quaternary phosphonium salts did not improve the crystallization behavior of PBS. The montmorillonite modified by quaternary phosphonium intercalation could significantly improve the crystallization behavior of PBS. The addition of 5% quaternary phosphonium salts Modified montmorillonite (quaternary phosphonium salt feed 1.2 CEC), the crystallization temperature of PBS increased from 70.4 ℃ to 83.8 ℃, the storage modulus also increased significantly.
